You can cancel your order within 12 hr after placing your order. Returns will be accepted within 3 days only on unused products and in original packaging condition. No returns will be accepted on any of the customised products. FNBFleet has all the rights to decline any requestfor returns.

You can contact us by phone or e-mail within 2 days from the date of delivery.

In subject line of email please mention Order number to help us quickly process your returns. Ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition.

Request you to send us original packaging, Invoice and tag of return items.

To prevent any loss or damage during transit please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely.

Please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 10 days from date of raising the return request especially for all self-shipped returns.

Non-returnable Product?

Few product categories fall under "No Return/Exchange"; unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to amiss from our side. All the customised products in which designs have been printed as per your specific requirements will not be taken back in any condition.

Ways to return your Product?

The ways how you can return the products.

1. Door pick up: Door pick up or reserve pick-up facility is currently available only at selected locations, which falls under the service network of our courier partners.

2. Ship to US: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Return team within 10 days. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 100 towards your shipping costs as an e-voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality check passed on receipt in our warehouse

All returned products need to clearly bear the consignee address on the return of Airway Bill, as given below:, E-107/1,Basement, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi-110028.

How we do Refund?

The returns are refunded throughNEFT/Cheque.

Your refund amount only includes price of items of the returns accepted post validation by our quality team. Your refund amount will not include any shipping charges or for/against any promotional vouchers used at the time of order.

You mayrarely receive a damaged/defective product; please send an email at within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and our customer care team will assist you accordingly. We will refund your money by NEFT if you made payments through ‘cash on delivery' mode, and if your payment is made through credit/ debit card or net banking then the amount is credited to your account from which the payment was made.

If you want a refund for the items, you must sent us original packing with original tags; else you will not be eligible for refunds.

If our Quality inspection team does not validate your returns, we will ship back to your items to pay basis as per your request received via email/phone.
